Artist concerts in video games are becoming increasingly popular, and this time we will be able to enjoy the fantastic and popular K-pop group Blackpink in a digital show for the shooter PUBG Mobile, thanks to the 2.1 update.

Krafton, the company in charge of this mobile title, describes it as an experience designed for the digital world and has titled it The Virtual.

We have previously seen this type of concert in games like Fortnite, with artists like Ariana Grande and Travis Scott. PUBG is not primarily known for doing these kinds of activities.

However, in a press release from publisher Tencent Games, executive Vincent Wang said that PUBG is "expanding" its "ever-evolving world."

But everyone's question is:

WHEN WILL THE CONCERTS BE?

The in-game concert will have two dates for North and South America, July 22-23 and July 29-30. As for the rest of the world will be from the 23rd to the 24th and from the 30th to the 31st of the same month.

Players will be able to get free in-game tickets starting July 15 and will also need to download a special asset pack in advance to watch the concert.

It's unclear how exactly the concert will be staged, but presumably, there will be special avatars for each member of Blackpink.
