Learn guitar and bass with Ubisoft's subscription service

Ubisoft isn't giving up on its Rocksmith+ subscription title was delayed for nearly a year. The new service, announced last year for immediate release, ultimately required more work to deliver a worthy experience. The feedback from Summer 2022 closed beta helped to shape Rocksmith+ into a title that will appeal to music fans of all genres.

The game will officially come out on September 6. Guitarists and bassists will be able to dive into this rhythm game that serves as a music coach. Rocksmith+ will be available on PC, PlayStation, and Xbox, as well as on iOS and Android later. With this new format, Ubisoft is positioning itself as a competitor to websites and other applications that allow you to learn to play an instrument online.

With the first version of the game released in 2011, the Rocksmith method had already proven itself. Ubisoft set itself the challenge of making learning guitar and bass accessible to everyone from a PC or console by combining the gameplay of Guitar Hero with a real guitar or bass Rocksmith is a guaranteed way to have fun with an instrument, even if you're a beginner.

Rocksmith will undoubtedly become more expensive as it transitions from a traditional game to a subscription service, but it will also provide significantly more content. The content will be substantial and regularly updated, with a library of over 5,000 music tracks and the ability to create your arrangements of the songs.

The title will also be more accurate in its note detection of instruments, providing real-time feedback to allow for faster progress. All you need to play is an instrument and the Rocksmith Real Tone cable or another similar audio interface.
