Sauron, the intimidating character from the famous saga The Lord of the Rings, has been spotted on Elden Ring as a new armor mod. Created by username MaxTheMiracle, the mod perfectly resembles the black armor and humanoid figure seen in the Peter Jackson's film adaptations.
Though the mod itself is still being refined, it is said that the official release will happen soon enough. You can see its progress thanks to a YouTube video uploaded by the username Garden of Eyes:
According to Bandai Namco, Elden Ring has topped 16.6m sales worldwide. However, the publisher also mentioned that this title is only the beginning of the franchise, as many more adventures could be waiting in this complex but intriguing game.
"Much effort was placed into creating Elden Ring so that we could exceed the expectations of our fans worldwide," Bandai Namco boss Yasuo Miyakawa said in March. "In like manner, we will continue our efforts in expanding the brand beyond the game itself and into everyone's daily life."
