Although the game remains a mystery to everyone, Phil Spencer, head of Xbox, already had the opportunity to see it as he visited the Kojima Productions offices.

The developer shared some photos where he is seen next to Spencer after a meeting where they talked about his next game. The head of Xbox assured that he is very excited because he could see part of what he will deal with. Furthermore, he noted that his collaboration with Kojima is part of his strategy to offer more Japanese games on Xbox.

Speaking to Famitsu (via VGC), Spencer opened up about his recent meeting with Kojima. He assured that he was able to take a look at the creative's new project and reaffirmed his interest in working with his studio since he believes that it is very important for the Xbox ecosystem.

“Kojima-san and I have known each other for many years,” Spencer told Famitsu. “He has some novel ideas about gaming experiences, and we decided to partner with him because we want to bring them to life on our platform.

“I visited Kojima Productions today and saw the early stages of the project, which was very exciting.”
