Today, PlayStation announced that Sony Interactive Entertainment Japan Asia will host PlayStation Partner Awards 2022 Japan Asia on December 2.
The PlayStation Partner Awards began as the PlayStation Awards in 1994, the year after the birth of PlayStation, to pay tribute to the creative activities of creators and honor the wide variety of hit titles that excited PlayStation. This year will be the 28th time the event has been held.
This year's edition will recognize the titles of software makers developed in Japan and Asia between October 2021 and September 2022. The two works with the highest worldwide sales will be awarded the Grand Award, and the works with the highest worldwide sales and particularly noteworthy achievements will be awarded the Partner Award.

Special Awards will also be considered. These are titles developed outside the Japan / Asia region that have amassed the highest sales in the Japan / Asia regions from October 2021 to September 2022. Also, titles developed in cooperation with PlayStation Studios, with the highest worldwide sales from October 2021 to September 2022, are considered in this category.
The "PlayStation Partner Awards 2022 Japan Asia Users’ Choice Award has started today. This award goes to the top five titles chosen by our users in the Japan / Asia area. The title candidates are directly taken from the top 25 titles released last year, ranked by the total number of hours played.
You can vote for the Users’ Choice Award on the voting page on the "PlayStation Partner Awards 2022" official website released today. The voting deadline is 11:59 pm JST (7:59 am PT.) on Sunday, November 6th. Note that the site is in Chinese (but you can Google Translate it.)
