Epic Games Store reveals 2 free games available next week

Epic Games is easily recognized for the number of free games that it has given in recent years. For this week we have Star Wars: Squadrons, so be sure to claim it before December 1. From December 1 to December 8 we will have Fort Triumph and RPG in a Box available for free.

What are the revealed free games about?

If you are already familiar with XCOM games, you'll have no problem playing Fort Triumph. It is a challenging “strategy game combining the turn-based combat of XCOM with the world exploration of HOMM.” This seems to be a promising game that has received many positive reviews. Just as the one given by Jason Coles of GameSkinny, "Fort Triumph expertly blends genres into a strategy experience that's infinitely fun and endlessly charming."

The second game is RPG in a Box. As its name suggests, it contains everything necessary for doing so, all packaged together "in a box". This game is more of an RPG maker without programming or modeling knowledge. This title will assist you in customizing everything with its assets and be able to create a tactical turn-based combat game of your own.

Epic Games continues giving away many games yearly. According to Epic, there was a combined total of 765 million free games in 2021 that users claimed. And the end of the year is just around the corner to make a comparison of the number of titles given away this time. Will it be higher or lower?
