This weekend will be exciting for all fans of The Last of Us, as the long-awaited series based on the game will premiere on Sunday the 15th.
But, if you did not have HBO Max before, you had taken advantage of its 3-month promotion at a specific price, and you had planned to subscribe to see the series, we will tell you that it will be only a little more expensive. Of course, with the new premiere, HBO Max wants to take advantage of the opportunity to earn a little more money.
The change is starting today; the ad-free monthly plan will cost $15.99, an increase of $1 compared to the previous price.
The subscription service hadn't seen a hike since May 2020, debuting with a monthly fee of $14.99. This change will be reflected until February for users who are already subscribed and have just renewed their plan. On the other hand, the subscription with commercials will continue to cost $9.99.
