Counter-Strike 2 is a reality and the community has exploded with joy to see that the tactical shooter is about to live a new stage making it clear who is on top. Valve has released information little by little but the fans are so excited that they are already working on their own and there is interesting news.

According to reports from dataminers (via Insider-Gaming), Counter-Strike 2 could be more ambitious than we think but not in terms of being a AAA title that overflows very high production values, as it is known that its focus is on gameplay, but this could go a step forward in terms of platforms.

The thing is that those who analyzed the game's code in the Beta and that which is currently available found references to iOS and Android.

The community has interpreted this as a possibility that there is or at least plans for Counter-Strike Mobile, after all, mobile gaming is the most lucrative sector, millions of its users love shooters and the franchise itself has worldwide recognition.

In case you missed it: Valve warns about Counter-Strike 2-related scams

Although the report points out that the same thing happened with the DOTA 2 code, we must consider that the environment is very different from when the MOBA was launched and today there are more possibilities that Counter-Strike could hit mobile devices, perhaps not with the game as we know it on PC, but with a special version for this sector. But we must be aware that this is only a possibility and it can only be officially confirmed by Valve.

Do you think this title will become available on mobile devices soon? Let us know in the comments!
