Definitely, one of the characters that shined the most in The Super Mario Bros. Movie was Bowser, who was played by Jack Black. Nintendo fans were more than delighted with his work and his interpretation of Peaches, so they believe that the villain deserves his own movie.
Due to the huge success of the film, it is only a matter of time before Nintendo is encouraged to launch more productions of this kind. So fans already have ideas for a Luigi and even a Donkey Kong movie. However, now the big favorite seems to be Bowser.
FANS ASK NINTENDO FOR A BOWSER MOVIE WITH JACK BLACK
Shigeru Miyamoto recently confirmed that Nintendo is interested in making other movies after the excellent reception of The Super Mario Bros. Movie. As such, fans were quick to point out the great job Jack Black did with his portrayal of Bowser.
Some fans of the franchise asked Nintendo for a movie focused on the popular and iconic villain, as they believe that exploring more of his story would be very interesting. Even fans already have ideas for the film's story, believing that Bowser's musical side has a lot of potential.
"I want a spinoff movie of Jack Black Bowser going on tour with a group of other evil kings and forming a heavy metal band. Bowser on vocal and guitar. King K. Rool on drums. King Boo on bass. And King Bob-omb as backup guitar,” said one fan.
“I know we're all excited about the prospect of a Luigi's Mansion movie and a Donkey Kong Country movie, but with all the love for Jack Black's Bowser (rightfully so!), imagine how awesome a Bowser spinoff movie would be!” someone else wrote.
The rest of the fans celebrated these ideas, as they also believe that the character has a lot of potential and that it would be great to hear Jack Black playing him again in musical performances.
