Assassin's Creed Mirage: alleged GameStop employee leaks release date of the title

Apparently, Ubisoft's game will be ready for this year

Ubisoft has not yet confirmed the release date of Assassin's Creed Mirage, but there are several rumors and leaks about it. The latest comes from a supposed GameStop employee who revealed the launch month of the highly anticipated title.

What is interesting is that this new information coincides with that of reputable insiders who spoke about the subject some time ago. Therefore, it is expected that Assassin's Creed Mirage will indeed arrive this year, despite rumors that it will be delayed until 2024.

An image circulates on forums and social networks showing a monitor with GameStop's internal system. Various games are shown with their respective confirmed release dates. One of them is Assassin's Creed Mirage.

If the information shown in the image is accurate, then the new installment of the franchise would debut in August of this year. Previously, journalist Tom Henderson revealed the same release window. So, this coincidence points to a release in the first months of the second half of the year.

In his report, Henderson noted that the game had suffered several internal delays and that Ubisoft has had problems with the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One versions. However, this has not been confirmed yet. It is important to clarify that Ubisoft has also not given any hints about a release in August.

It is almost certain that everything will be clarified during the upcoming Ubisoft Forward, which will take place on June 12. Below you can see the image that supposedly shows the release window for Assassin's Creed Mirage.
