The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom is just around the corner. Of course, there are die-hard fans of the series who want to get the game first thing on Friday morning, and some of them are already lined up.
That's right, there is an impatient fan who wants to be the first to get their hands on the game... or at least officially. We're talking about YouTuber Alex "Captain Nintendo Dude" Pekala, one of Nintendo's biggest fans, at least when it comes to releases.
We say this because he is the same person who received the first Nintendo Switch console sold at the official Nintendo store in New York, after succeeding the old fan who never missed first place in every console launch event by the legendary and disciplined Isaiah "TriForce" Jonhson.

Pekala wouldn't miss the opportunity to be the first in line at The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom launch event, so he's already outside the official store with a couple of chairs to rest.
The fan set up camp outside the store at 8:00 AM on Tuesday, May 9th (Mexico City time), so he'll have to wait 72 hours to receive his copy of the game, which is equivalent to 3 days.
We know that this may seem a bit excessive for most fans of the game, especially considering that there are more efficient and faster ways to get the game on the same day. However, the fans who attend the event will not lose the experience of buying the game at one of Nintendo's official stores, surrounded by people who share the same passion for the series, which is what matters.
