Last year was filled with important releases that, to a lesser or greater extent, caused a stir in the gaming community. One of them was Stray, the charming exploration video game starring a cat. Fortunately, a new audience will be able to enjoy this experience very soon.
In mid-May, the title by BlueTwelve Studios and Annapurna Interactive received an age rating for Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S from the ESRB, the video game rating system for the United States. Luckily, this information turned out to be accurate.
This week, the developers confirmed that Stray will land on Microsoft consoles on August 10, just over a year after its original release on PlayStation and PC. To celebrate the announcement, they shared a trailer showing the protagonist cat playing with an Xbox controller.

Stray conquered thousands of players in 2022
This exploration and puzzle-solving title set in a futuristic world debuted on July 19, 2022, for PC, PlayStation 4, and PlayStation 5. Since then, it has received praise from critics and players, allowing it to be a sales success and earn a nomination for Game of the Year at The Game Awards.
Stray gained a lot of visibility thanks to initiatives that sought to help real-life stray cats[/url]. Shelters and animal care enthusiasts organized campaigns and charity streams in an attempt to contribute their bit to these causes. Certainly, the video game was the driving force behind these projects.
While it was a PlayStation exclusive on consoles, the title by BlueTwelve Studios and Annapurna Interactive had a solid debut on Steam with thousands of simultaneous players and very positive ratings. Fortunately, Xbox platform players will be able to enjoy it very soon.
