It seems that Microsoft has finally revealed how many Xbox Series X|S consoles it has sold

A new figure also appears to reveal the sales numbers of the Xbox One

Years ago, Microsoft stopped providing figures on the number of consoles it has sold. That's why it caught a lot of attention that Microsoft finally seems to have decided to reveal how many consoles it has sold in recent years.

As reported by Twitter user John Welfere, the BIG Festival convention took place recently in Brazil. There was a presentation where supposedly the number of Xbox Series X, Xbox Series S, and Xbox One consoles sold was revealed.

According to the data, the Xbox Series X|S has already sold over 21 million units. On the other hand, it states that a total of 79 million units of its two most recent console generations have been shipped. This means that Xbox One and its revisions sold 58 million copies.

The image also indicates that 48% of Xbox Series S users are new to the Xbox ecosystem. Thus, the console is fulfilling its mission of attracting new consumers to the ecosystem.

It is important to note that Microsoft has not confirmed these figures. Therefore, it wouldn't hurt to take them with a grain of salt. We will inform you if the company makes any comments on these numbers.

What do you think of this news? How many units do you think Xbox Series X and Xbox Series S will sell throughout the generation? Tell us in the comments.
