There is no age limit to enjoy all that video games have to offer. Proof of this is that a group of seniors are eagerly awaiting Starfield, one of the most important releases for the rest of the year.
A reddit publication caught the attention of the entire community, as it was written by a 71-year-old man who is ready to enjoy Bethesda's game. To his surprise, the gamer discovered that he is not alone, as there are several older adults who are fans of video games and everything related to space. Some of them will even take advantage of their retirement to enjoy Starfield.
Seniors prepare for their adventure at Starfield
"I'm 71 years old and I was wondering how many other seniors are here waiting for Starfield. I was 5 years old when Sputnik was launched... which I don't remember (...) But I remember in third grade my teacher brought in a radio and the class listened to Alan Shepard's first manned flight, all 15 minutes of it," the author of the post stated.
What's interesting is that other older people joined the conversation and assured that they are now ready to play Starfield. Several gamers demonstrated their passion for space travel and stated that they will not miss the title.
"I'm retired as of recently. That's all I'll say about it," "60 years here, I'll play it day 1," and "I'm 27, but my mom is 58 and as excited as I am about the release of Starfield," are some of the comments that can be read on the post.
Some people claimed that they have been gamers since they were younger and even narrated how they bought their first PC to enjoy various titles. Likewise, there are fans of Star Trek and other iconic science fiction sagas that are also waiting for the debut of Starfield. With this, it is clear that gamers of all ages are excited for the title's arrival in early September.
