Guinness World Records have a bit of everything, including gaming-related feats. Now, we have one that is simply incredible, as it involves a player who managed to play a campaign for over 10,000 hours.
The person responsible for this record is Paweł Siciński, a Polish fan of Football Manager. This individual recently amazed the world by announcing that he started a game in 2018, which, as of the current date, adds up to 10,887 hours played, equivalent to 453 days and 15 hours.
Within Football Manager, the player reached the year 2546, which means his coaching career has spanned over 500 years. During this time, he spent 310 years as the coach of Fimleikafélag Hafnarfjarðar, an Icelandic team, with which he won 301 leagues and 677 cups, including the Champions League, the Europa League, and the Club World Cup.
"I love lesser-known leagues, and this league has interested me since I was a child. Achieving success with a practically unknown club brings me great joy and satisfaction," said Siciński.

It is worth mentioning that during his extensive career, Siciński's coach also trained teams like PSG, Manchester City, Arsenal, and Inter Milan. He did take breaks within the game to make time pass faster; however, that had to be less than 5% of his total playing time to be eligible for the world record.
Previously, this record belonged to the German Sepp Hedel, who had a 80-day and 20-hour game session. It was at the beginning of Siciński's playthrough that he first broke it, and now he continues to strive to extend his lead and keep his record.
