As promised, Xbox is improving its relationship with Square Enix. Proof of this is that a version of Final Fantasy XIV was announced by surprise for Xbox Series X|S. That's not all, as Square Enix pledged to bring more of its games to the Xbox ecosystem.

The news excited many fans of the brand, who already have their favorite candidates to come to Xbox Series X|S in the coming months and years. As you can imagine, some of the most requested games are Final Fantasy XVI and Final Fantasy VII Remake, which for now remain PlayStation exclusives.

Xbox gamers want more Square Enix titles in X|S Series

Xbox users were very enthusiastic about the deal between Xbox and Square Enix. They think Phil Spencer has done a great job in approaching the company and getting Final Fantasy XIV to Xbox Series X|S.

The community thinks that now the executive should push harder for other popular games in the series to come to those consoles as well. Many fans of the saga used social networks to ask for the arrival of Final Fantasy XVI to Xbox, since it debuted exclusively for PS5.

On the other hand, you can also read requests for Final Fantasy VII Remake and Final Fantasy VII Rebirth to also debut on Xbox Series X|S and not only on Sony's console. Xbox fans believe it's only a matter of time before they can enjoy these installments on their systems.
