Starfield will finally receive these options it should have had at launch

PC players will get what they've been asking for

Starfield was released earlier this month and quickly became a huge success. While it's a quality game, it doesn't mean it's perfect, and many players immediately noticed that its PC version lacked several options. Fortunately, Bethesda is already working on a solution.

Bethesda announced that they have listened to their community and are working on various improvements for Starfield. First, the company made efforts to release a small patch that debuted today, but now they are preparing other updates that will arrive at "regular intervals."

Among the new features that players can expect for Starfield is official support for Nvidia's DLSS technology. That's not all, as there will also be an option to adjust the FOV (Field of View) and an HDR calibration menu. Additionally, there will be brightness and contrast settings, as well as support for 32:9 ultrawide monitors.

According to the developer, each update will also bring performance and stability improvements. Thus, Starfield will gradually become a more complete experience for all space exploration enthusiasts.

Want more? Well, you'll be glad to know that Bethesda is also working on a button that allows your character to eat the food they find in space.

Bethesda assures that Starfield will continue to improve

Now, is there anything missing from Starfield that you'd like to see? Bethesda wants you to share your feedback.
"Keep sharing your feedback. We really read all of it. Thank you all for embarking on this journey with us," said Bethesda.

What do you think of this news? Are you excited about the changes Starfield has received? Let us know in the comments.

Starfield is available for Xbox Series X, Xbox Series S, and PC since September 6, 2023. Remember that it can also be played on mobile, Smart TVs, and other devices through Xbox Cloud Gaming.
