The service will receive attractive Japanese games and more day 1 releases.

Xbox was present at Tokyo Game Show 2023 and, as promised, there were a few surprises related to Xbox Game Pass. Major Japanese companies will continue to support the service with attractive titles and day 1 releases.

During the event, it was confirmed that SEGA will bring some of its upcoming releases directly to the service. In addition, Capcom will spoil players with a trilogy that has many fans and will finally be available on the service.

Like a Dragon and Ace Attorney titles are coming to Xbox Game Pass

SEGA surprised by announcing that some of the new installments of Like a Dragon, franchise also known as Yakuza, will be coming to the Xbox Game Pass game catalog. The first of these will be Like a Dragon Gaiden: The Man Who Erased His Name, which will debut directly on the service.

Thus, subscribers will be able to enjoy this adventure from November 9 at no additional cost. On the other hand, Like a Dragon: Ishin! is also on its way to Microsoft's service. This game, which is already available, will arrive on Xbox Game Pass before the end of 2023, on a date to be confirmed.

Meanwhile, Capcom will offer Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney Trilogy on Xbox Game Pass and PC Game Pass starting September 26. This means that, in just a few days, subscribers will be able to enjoy Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney, Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney - Justice For All and Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney - Trials and Tribulations.

The trilogy came to Xbox in early 2019, but will soon be playable for the first time on Xbox Game Pass and PC via the Microsoft Store.
