2023 was a year full of excellent games; however, there were also a few exceptions that disappointed everyone. One of this year's releases was so bad that gamers don't even want it on sale and would rather buy something else. We refer to Redfall, the shooter with vampires from Arkane and Bethesda.
A publication in networks caught the attention of many people, as an online store offered copies of the title for only $9.99 USD. The point is that, for the same price, a printer could be purchased. Players did not hesitate to choose between these options and, as you can imagine, they all preferred the printer.
Nobody wants copies of Redfall, not even at a bargain price
Wario64, a well-known X account, shared both offers with a challenge to his followers: "A printer or Redfall, take your pick," he wrote. As we told you, both items were sold in an online store for only $9.99 USD.
The choice for the vast majority of gamers was clear, as they turned their backs on Arkane's game and preferred the printer. Many claimed that it is not only the better choice for their pockets and in terms of usability, but also in terms of fun.
"I prefer playing with the printer", "At least the printer isn't broken", "At least I can have fun with the printer" and "Same level of pain and frustration, just different media," were some of the comments players wrote.
Following this, X users began sharing similar messages and memes about the initial failure of Redfall. Jokingly, some stated that it was a complicated decision and that they would think about it before making the purchase.
