The Last of Us: Part II Remastered will officially debut until January 19; however, various gameplays of the title are already circulating on social networks and forums such as reddit. This has allowed fans to see what awaits them in the new No Return mode.
While most of the community is excited about this addition with roguelike elements, some players already criticized it after seeing the leaked videos. The reason? Some animations of certain characters that did not convince everyone.

A reddit user known as Terriosss65 claimed that he was able to get a copy of the game several days before the official release. So he has taken the opportunity to capture gameplay and share it with the entire community in various places.
His videos about the No Return mode have attracted the most attention, as they show the new mode in action and various playable characters in motion. Some fans are not entirely satisfied with what they have seen, especially regarding the graphics and animations.
For starters, several people believe that the remastering doesn't look very different from the original game, so they think it doesn't make much sense to enjoy the adventure again. On the other hand, there was criticism of the animations of various characters in No Return.
Part of the community believes that Joel and other characters move too much like Ellie, and consider that they should have unique animations and movements to look somewhat different. Other players have no problem with this section, believing that the animations look simply fine.
"They couldn't do animations for Joel? He looks so weird walking like Ellie," stated one player. Other fans agreed, as they also think the animations are too similar.
