The possibility of Xbox becoming an entirely multi-platform company has just been ruled out, and the company's executives anticipate a dazzling future for the Xbox ecosystem, including developers and brand users.
In the podcast where Microsoft gaming leaders, Phil Spencer, Sarah Bond, and Matt Booty, highlighted that Xbox will continue in both the hardware and software business while benefiting its users.
"It's amazing to look across all the studios that we have and remember that we are one of the biggest development organizations in the industry," mentioned Booty.
Xbox confirms upcoming event with news about games in development
What caught the most attention is that, at the end of the presentation and as part of the confirmation that Xbox will remain strong in the gaming business, Booty commented that now as one of the creative forces in the industry, "the most important games will continue to come to Xbox."
In addition to mentioning titles like Senua's Saga: Hellblade II, Diablo IV: Vessel of Hatred, Avowed, Ara: History Untold, and Indiana Jones and the Great Circle, Booty anticipated that in 2024 and 2025, Xbox has "more than 10 significant releases" scheduled.
Naturally, the executive did not provide more details but confirmed that there will be a new Xbox Games Showcase, which will take place in June as usual, and Xbox will take the opportunity to provide more details about the games in development.
