As scheduled, FromSoftware this morning shared news about ELDEN RING: Shadow of the Erdtree. The company released a trailer to give us the first look at the gameplay of the DLC, which has generated a lot of expectations among fans of the franchise.
The company made it clear that an exciting adventure awaits players, who will visit new locations and face more threats. The good news is that FromSoftware has already confirmed the release date and price of the DLC.
When will ELDEN RING: Shadow of the Erdtree debut and how much will it cost?
Gamers can now mark their calendars and start saving up, as ELDEN RING: Shadow of the Erdtree will be available in a few months. The studio confirmed that the DLC will be released next June 21 on consoles and PC. It will be offered for $39.99 USD.
This expansion will offer new adventures throughout the Land of Shadow, a place full of dangers and mysteries. It will also add more cool enemies, weapons and other equipment for the characters.
"Discover uncharted territories, face formidable adversaries, and revel in the satisfying triumph of victory. Dive into the riveting interplay of characters, where drama and intrigue intertwine, that create an immersive experience to savor and enjoy", stated the studio.
FromSoftware took the occasion to also reveal a special edition that will arrive on the same day. It will include a copy of the game, hardcover book with 40 pages full of art, its soundtrack in digital format and a 46-centimeter figure of Messmer the Impaler.
