Following the release of Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba -To the Hashira Training in cinemas, anime fans are impatient for the debut of Season 4. The good news is that there is finally a release date for the new chapters that will continue the adventure of Tanjiro and company.

When does Demon Slayer Season 4 will premiere?

Fans of Demon Slayer can finally mark their calendars, as there is now a definite date for the premiere of Season 4. They will still have to be patient, though, as the debut of the new episodes is still a couple of months away.

Season 4 of the anime will premiere in Japan next May 12. We know that the first episode will have an extended length and will offer 1 hour of action. As in previous seasons, distribution in our region will be handled by Crunchyroll.

For now, it is not known how many episodes the Hashira Training arc will have. It has only been revealed that the new opening is called Mugen and is performed by Japanese singer HYDE. Aniplex made the recent announcements at a special event where various voice actors from the series participated.

On the other hand, we know that the new arc will cover volumes 15 and 16 of the manga, which include from chapter 128 and up to 137. Below, you can see the first preview of Season 4 and a promotional art:
