ARK: Survival Ascended is the first April game for Xbox Game Pass
A few years ago, ARK: Survival Evolved was available on Xbox Game Pass and was well received by subscribers. In case you don't know, Studio Wildcard worked on a remaster of their hit game that debuted under the name ARK: Survival Ascended.
The studio decided to develop it with Unreal Engine 5 to completely revamp the look of the game's world and creatures. ARK: Survival Ascended is full of improvements, such as a new advanced physics system, visual improvements, lighting and other optimizations that polish the overall gameplay experience.
In addition, ARK: Survival Ascended includes all the worlds of the title and gives access to expansions such as Scorched Earth, Aberration, Extinction and both parts of ARK Genesis. The good news is that the title will arrive today on Xbox Game Pass and PC Game Pass.
It is important to mention that this is a release for Xbox Series X|S, so it will not be available for Xbox One. On the other hand, it is worth mentioning that it is possible to enjoy it on mobile devices through Xbox Cloud Gaming, a cloud gaming service.
It is worth remembering that ARK II is still in development and will also be coming to Xbox Game Pass. The sequel was originally going to debut in 2023; however, it suffered a delay and is now expected sometime this year.
