If you're one of the players looking for a new gaming experience, we have good news for you, as it has just been announced that another version of Under Defeat HD is in development for current consoles and PC.

This title was released in 2012 for PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 and was a high-definition adaptation of the original title for Japanese arcade rooms (2005) and SEGA Dreamcast (2006). Now, it's getting ready to arrive with more improvements on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, Nintendo Switch, and PC.

Because of this, its developers at City Connection and G.rev have teased some details that will join other enhancements that Under Defeat HD received previously, all set to release later this year.

According to the shared information, Under Defeat (2024) will offer more music composed by Shinji Hosoe, a contribution and ranking display feature, communication subtitle display, and more aspects that will be revealed soon.

Here's the trailer for the original HD game:

What is Under Defeat about?

This game allows you to take control of a helicopter that you must maneuver to attack opponents and advance through each scenario, all with a slightly tilted perspective to add depth.

It's worth mentioning that you'll have to soar through the skies to prevent a war and protect the empire with various useful weapons, such as a machine gun, which will show no mercy to enemies; and bombs, which will unleash a devastating explosion, among others.

The downside is that the game developers did not share more details, so we'll be keeping an eye out to learn what other features will be added to this version of Under Defeat before it launches on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, Nintendo Switch, and PC via Steam, in winter this year.
