Microsoft has already confirmed a new Xbox Game Showcase for next June 9. We know there will be announcements from Activision Blizzard, Bethesda and Xbox Game Studios, but the reveals we'll see are still a mystery.

According to a reliable source, JRPG and Xbox 360 fans may be in for a surprise during the presentation. While he didn't reveal what it is, fans believe he hinted at the return of a classic game of the genre, which could very well be Lost Odyssey, Blue Dragon or another title.

Insider Shpeshal Nick raised the expectations of Xbox and JRPG fans with a post he recently made on his social networks. In it he claims that gamers who loved some games of the genre in the Xbox 360 era need to check out the event.

“If what I've heard is true, fans of JRPGs from the Xbox 360 era will have something to look forward to at the showcase,” he said without elaborating further on the meaning of his statement, which got many gamers excited.

The community was quick to speculate about it, mainly because that console had very good JRPGs. This is because Xbox did everything to try to captivate the Japanese public and fans of the genre around the world.

Thanks to this, Xbox 360 users were able to enjoy gems such as Lost Odyssey, Blue Dragon, Eternal Sonata, Enchanted Arms, Last Remnant and other outstanding titles. Gamers believe that one of these classics will return in some form and will be one of the announcements at the Xbox event.

Lost Odyssey and Blue Dragon are by far the most popular games on the list and favorites of many. Will they be back? For now it's hard to tell, as Xbox has given no hints on the matter. Although Shpeshal Nick has proven to be reliable, his information is just a rumor for now.
