Zenless Zone Zero, the new gacha game from HoYoverse, is now available and a wide promotion campaign is underway, offering many opportunities to obtain characters, but some players are confused.
HoYoverse is inviting users to join Zenless Zone Zero by giving away "100 free pulls" to celebrate the launch, along with 80 Bangbupoints and grade A agent Corin.
Some users didn’t hesitate to try it, especially since 100 pulls would give them a good chance of getting several characters and even mean that the reroll process wouldn’t take long. However, it’s not as they expected.

How to get 100 free pulls in Zenless Zone Zero?
Some players expected the 100 free pulls to appear in their in-game mailbox ready to use right after logging in for the first time, but the truth is they will only find 20.
Although the video promotes it as "additional rewards for the official launch of Zenless Zone Zero", HoYoverse makes it clear that all these pulls won’t be given to the player in one go, but they will have to unlock them by playing the game.
“All launch rewards can be obtained through in-game events or via email,” reads the fine print.
Players logging in for the first time will only get 20 free pulls at once; the other 100 can be obtained in the form of 1600 films, 70 Master Tapes, and 20 Encrypted Master Tapes by playing through events that will be held in the coming days.
