Californian development studio Survios and production company 20th Century Games have announced Aliens, a single-player action-horror adventure built on Unreal Engine 5 for PC, console, and VR.
This title will be set between the events of Alien: The Eighth Passenger and Aliens. They haven't given any information on a release, but additional details will be revealed on July 21 at the San Diego Comic-Con through a conference called Alien: Expanding a Dark and Terrifying Universe.
On their official website, the company shares details about the narrative: "This new game will offer an original story — where a battle-strengthened veteran takes his revenge against the xenomorphs." they also state: "The game will take full advantage of Survios experience in creating immersive and authentic gaming experiences."

“When I joined Survios in 2020, it was to build bigger, more ambitious games, using the best entertainment franchises across console, PC, and VR platforms,” TQ Jefferson, Chief Product Officer at Survios, said in a press release. “Aliens is a distinct and terrifying world that fans love to be entrenched in, and it is perfect for Survios’ proven expertise in creating immersive gaming experiences.”
Survios is a studio specializing in virtual reality games of original intellectual properties and well-known sagas. Some of the titles they've worked on include; Puzzle Bobble VR: Vacation Odyssey, Raw Data, Creed: Rise to Glory, Westworld Awakening, and The Walking Dead: Onslaught.
