According to a statement, all current Activision Blizzard games will be available through Ubisoft+. Thats not all, as all titles the studio releases over the next 15 years will also be accessible on the service.

Ubisoft explained that Call of Duty is part of the deal, and the titles will include all their DLCs, expansions, and various add-ons. With that said, the most significant franchises from Activision Blizzard can be enjoyed on the French studios platform.
