Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2 is scheduled to be on all platforms on October 28, 2022, but there is a chance to play the campaign one week earlier. The game's unlock window for those qualified for Early Access has also been made public during the last few hours.

According to the latest information released on social media, the Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2 campaign will be playable starting next Thursday, October 20, 2022. Not everyone will be able to start playing the game early, and early access will be granted exclusively to customers who have pre-ordered any digital version of the game on PC, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, or Xbox Series X/S.

It should be pointed out that the unlock time will be the same for all platforms and, in this case, PlayStation users will not have the opportunity to start the game earlier similar to what happened with the Open Beta.

As a reminder, early access to the campaign is for digital pre-orders only. Physical/disc editions cannot join the battle until October 28th, 2022.
