Last week, players could get a free copy of Islets, a charming metroidvania featuring fantasy elements.
Now, its confirmed that The Outer Worlds: Spacers Choice Edition by Obsidian Entertainment and Thief by Eidos Montreal are the new free titles that will be available between April 4 and 11. Additionally, we already know the game that will replace them, and theres good news.
Epic Games Store will give away Ghostrunner
Epic Games revealed the identity of next weeks free title. Action enthusiasts are in luck as theyll be able to claim and keep forever a copy of Ghostrunner, the acclaimed parkour FPS developed by One More Level and published by 505 Games.
The single-player cyberpunk-themed game will be available at no cost in the digital store from April 11 to 18. Currently, its available for $599 MXN. The game that will replace it is unknown, but more information is likely to be released during the upcoming week.

What is Ghostrunner?
For those unfamiliar, Ghostrunner is a first-person game that combines parkour and first-person action elements. Here, we play as a robot embarking on an adventure in the Dharma Tower to defeat a fearsome tyrant known as the Keymaster.
The goal is to overcome each level without taking damage, as a hit or a shot will result in the protagonists death. In that sense, were facing a very challenging experience that demands quick reactions.
This title by 505 Games debuted in 2020 and received praise from critics and fans alike for its excellent cyberpunk setting and demanding difficulty. Currently, it has very positive reviews on Steam and an average score of 81 on Metacritic. Thanks to its positive reception, a sequel was released in 2023 that expands on the narrative, combat system, and exploration.
