Here are the steps to activate this glitch:

[li]Pass through the east gate near the forest area[/li]

[li]Place a marker, hit it, read it, and try to open the menu simultaneously[/li]
[li]If successful, move around and let the enemy defeat you[/li]
[li]After the Game Over screen, load the initial save[/li]
