On this Thursday, January 19, Hyenas' game developers Creative Assembly have shared on YouTube a trailer for the new map "We took Manhattan." This is set in a cabin from outer space that has recognizable parts of the city transformed into museum-like pieces of art on display.
As a quick reminder, Hyenas is a sci-fi FPS title to be published by SEGA focused on PvP and PvE battles with 15-player lobbies divided into three teams of five users. The goal of the title is to steal pop culture memorabilia guarded by Mars billionaires in their hyper-protected bunkers.
The new "We Took Manhattan" map will be available for all alpha PC players on the next play session starting this Friday, January 20, at 5 PM GMT/12 PM EST. If you want to play the HYENAS PC alpha and don't know where to start, here are the steps provided by Creative Assembly:
- Sign up on Hyenas' official website
- Create a CA Account
- READ & sign the NDA
- Connect your Steam account to your CA account (The most important step)
- Wait for an invite from us in the email
- Join the Discord, install the build & have fun in zero-G!

Hyenas is a very promising title that the gaming community seems to anticipate a lot. It will release sometime in 2023 and will also be playable on PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and Mac OS.
