Nintendo remains silent about its new console, but it is a fact that it is already preparing its reveal. Rumors about the so-called Switch 2 continue, and now there is information about some of the supposed games that the highly anticipated system will have in its first few months.

Insiders like Nash Weedle and Necro Felipe claim that several installments of an acclaimed AAA franchise will have ports for Nintendos new console. This news will undoubtedly excite fans of Ubisoft, as it involves Assassins Creed.

Assassins Creed Shadows and more installments of the saga could come to Switch 2

Switch 2 could have several Assassins Creed ports

According to sources, Ubisoft is currently working on several games for Nintendo Switch 2, as the company is supposedly planning to give significant support to the system. To do so, it would bring several installments of Assassins Creed to its catalog.

One of the games would be Assassins Creed Shadows, the most recent installment in the saga that will debut this November. It is said that the title, set in feudal Japan, will arrive on Switch 2 within its launch window, within the first 6 months.

It is also mentioned that past games in the saga would have versions for the Switch successor and would be released gradually. These include Assassins Creed Valhalla, Assassins Creed Odyssey, Assassins Creed Mirage, Assassins Creed Odyssey, and Assassins Creed Origins.

Although Ubisoft has shown its support for Switch, and the saga already has a presence on the hybrid console, its most recent installments have not had ports, partly due to technical limitations. Fortunately, everything suggests that Switch 2 will be able to support the latest Assassins Creed titles.

However, it is important to clarify that this is just a rumor. Nintendo has not officially revealed any details about its next console. For its part, Ubisoft has not confirmed its plans to bring all these Assassins Creed games to Switch 2.
