It was even assured that there would be more details of the console later this year and that its launch was scheduled for April 1, 2025.

While it was clear that it was all a joke, some gamers believed the information and were surprised. Several said it was an interesting and historic deal that could change the landscape of the industry.

For some, the report was credible as Nvidia, Microsoft and Xbox have collaborated in the past. The most recent example is the arrival of Xbox games on GeForce Now, Nvidia's cloud gaming service.
