Companies are already gearing up to have a 2024 full of announcements and surprises for gamers. In fact, Sony has just confirmed its attendance to an important annual technology event. We are, of course, referring to the Consumer Electronics Show, also known simply as CES.
Sony will be at CES 2024 with various announcements
CES has for years been the stage for major technology announcements, including some related to video games. Sony confirmed that it will be attending next years edition to share some exciting news with its customers.
So, should PlayStation fans be excited? Yes, but with a lot of reservations. The company usually makes low-key video game announcements during the event. For example, it was at CES where it gave a glimpse of PS VR2, Control Access and the PS5 logo.
The company has given no clues about the surprises it is preparing for CES 2024; however, it stated that its goal is to use the power of technology and creativity to "fill the world with excitement." PlayStation will likely have a brief presence at the show, as Sony usually saves video game announcements for other venues.
Despite this, dont rule out some interesting news about the gaming division. Sonys CES 2024 conference will take place on Monday, January 8, at 5:00 PM PST. It will be available on the companys YouTube channel.
