If you were looking forward to the upcoming free-to-play arena shooter Star Wars: Hunters developed by Zynga, you will have to wait a little bit longer…

Today through a tweet the company announced the game’s delay, changing its release date to 2023 in order to ensure it "meets the high expectations” they are setting.

The shooter was first announced in 2021 for Switch, iOS, and Android and this is not its first delay, as it was originally expected to launch on 2021 until it was pushed into 2022. However, Zynga managed to launch the game in select territories, sadly we are not one of them.

The team at Star Wars: Hunters remarked that is their top priority to ensure players the best experience in the Arena. On the other hand, those players that already have access to the game via its soft launch will continue to receive regular new content updates until its worldwide release.

Hopefully, this one will be the last delay and like our Australian peers, we will be able to play the game very soon.
