The latest Nintendo Direct was filled with amazing news one of them was the official announcement of Super Bomberman R 2.

This sequel is already in development for PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch and PC and is expected to be ready at some point next year.

As mentioned in during the announcement Super Bomberman R 2 will retain the most attractive elements of its predecessor and will add some new features. Among them is the Castle Mode, where a team of up to 15 players will have to cooperate to reach some treasure chests. The task will not be easy, since one more player will be in charge of blowing up their rivals and preventing them from achieving their objective.

That is not all! If you feel creative enough, players will be able to create and share their battle scenarios to add more excitement to the game. On the other hand, we are also getting a brand new game mode with story and boss battles.
