The new Super Nintendo World project based on Donkey Kong Country continues to take shape and is getting closer every day. Now, a video has just been shared showcasing the roller coaster in action during its technical tests.

As you probably know, the Nintendo park opened in early 2021 in Osaka, Japan, offering a great adventure to all fans of the Mushroom Kingdom. Now, it wont be long before visitors can explore the jungle of Donkey Kong.
This new area of the park at Universal Studios Japan will feature an exciting roller coaster that has already begun its testing phase, allowing all interested parties to catch a glimpse of it in motion.

As you saw, the testing of the Donkey Kong attraction in Super Nintendo World is already underway, and it likely wont be long before the roller coaster opens to the public.
Its worth mentioning that this Donkey Kong Country-inspired attraction will allow visitors to traverse a path of broken rails, just like the protagonists of the game.
According to the information shared, the technology used to ensure the ride is safe is called Boom Coaster (patented by Universal Creative), in which the vehicle will leap between visibly damaged tracks while remaining connected to other hidden tracks.
Because of this, the broken tracks are merely another decoration in the attraction, but they will undoubtedly generate a lot of excitement for the brave souls who dare to ride the roller coaster, which is planned to open in spring of this year.
