Square Enix announced at State of Play that it would bring back the Valkyrie franchise with Valkyrie Elysium, a new action RPG installment.

Square Enix reported that Valkyrie Elysium would have its premiere in September, the month in which several company games will go on sale.

Valkyrie Elysium will arrive on PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5 on September 29, both in digital and physical format. The title will arrive on PC (via Steam) weeks later, on November 11.

VALKYRIE PROFILE: LENNETH WILL RETURN WITH A PORT

As if that were not enough, Square Enix also announced the adaptation or port of Valkyrie Profile: Lenneth, the title of the series that debuted on PlayStation Portable (PSP). According to the details, this new version will include the option to go back in time, quick save, and visual presets.

The Valkyrie Elysium Standard Edition will be priced at $59.99, while the Digital Deluxe Edition will be $74.99 and include Valkyrie Profile: Lenneth and the Svartaljr: Sword of the Goddess of the Underworld DLC gear. This latest edition for PC, as it does not have Valkyrie Profile: Lenneth will be sold for $64.99.
