World of Warcraft: Wrath of the Lich King Classic arrives on September
By Frida Salazar onOfficially confirmed!

Surprise! Or not very much so… as Blizzard has officially announced the World of Warcraft: Wrath of the Lich King Classic release date after an (accidental) earlier leak on their website.
The recreation of the game’s second expansion was announced back in April, with all content available at no additional cost to all players who pay for their World of Warcraft Classic subscription.
So, World of Warcraft: Wrath of the Lich King Classic will launch globally on September 26 at 3 pm PT and will be available on all World of Warcraft: Burning Crusade Classic realms.
What can we expect?
Among the new features, fans can expect the Death Knight class, the original version of the achievement system with a rich set of rewards, the new profession - inscription that allows you to scribe mystical glyphs to modify spells and abilities; and the freedom to explore the snowy peaks of the Northrend—Borean Tundra and the Howling Fjord.
“We’re taking care to preserve the authentic Classic experience for those looking to relive their glory days in Northrend—and deliver a worthy and accessible re-creation for those embarking on this vast adventure for the first time.”
We are looking forward to this expansion however, we should forget that WoW’s upcoming expansion, Dragonflight, will also be released later this year, so keep an eye open for this one too!
