Grand Theft Auto V Has Left Xbox Game Pass
In late December, a hint emerged suggesting that Grand Theft Auto V, the masterpiece from Rockstar Games, would leave the catalog in early 2024. Microsoft quickly confirmed this information but revealed that the title would leave the service sooner than expected.
Initially, it was expected that the acclaimed open-world title would disappear from Xbox Game Pass on January 15. That would give players enough time to finish the main campaign and explore Los Santos. However, the deadline to play this proposal arrived earlier.
Through Xbox Wire, Microsoft confirmed that GTA V will no longer be available on the subscription service, both on consoles and in the cloud, on January 5. This way, it will leave the catalog in a matter of hours, and interested players will have to purchase it or wait for its return.
Rockstar Games title joined Xbox Game Pass in July 2023, giving players 6 months to try it out at no additional cost.
Now, can Grand Theft Auto V return? We must remember that it has come and gone on several occasions, so there is a possibility that Xbox Game Pass subscribers may enjoy it again in the future.
