The options for gaming streaming are not precisely a lot but have been diversified in the last year, as you may have noticed by now every streaming platform available offers different ways to reach your desired audience and of course… the way you gain money with them. However, after some complications and changes, it seems like one of them is growing a little faster than the others.
In case you forgot: Twitch viewership fell and Facebook Gaming escalated in June
Maintaining an audience is not as easy as you think
To begin with, at this point Twitch is just gigantic and even they can’t repeat their records, for example, they reached a viewership of over 2 billion hours watched in January and they can’t seem to reach this number again.
But there is one platform that keeps gaining numbers… somehow. According to StreamElements and Rainmaker. gg's monthly State of the Stream report Facebook Gaming was “the only streaming service that saw growth in November” with 414 million hours watched, a growth of 21% from October.

Once again, the choice is ours as content creators or viewers to use and enjoy the platform that we like the most.
