The best discounts of the GWB Game Awards Steam event that you shouldn’t miss out on

This Thursday, December 15, we mentioned the start of the Steam event that brings discounts on a selection of games that were part of The GWB Game Awards 2022 (an indie game awards event organized and hosted by Tencent GWB at the Tencent Institute of Games). And this time, we want to bring you the titles with the best reviews and discounts so you can take advantage and buy them before the event is over.

The event will run until Thursday, December 22, although the deadline for the discounts is varied, so we recommend you watch the deadline of the games you are most interested in so you dont miss them.

We have reviewed all the games with applied discounts in this event, and we have chosen the top 10 games that are discounted and have positive reviews, so you are more likely to enjoy many or all of the games shared here.

All games are under USD $13 including the discount and are ranked from the cheapest to the most "expensive" ($12.99). There are very few titles outside of this list that are not discounted and still maintain good reviews, so we also want to encourage you to visit the event page here and check it out by taking your time, some may be gems that you consider your next favorite game! Treasure Drifter: Nian now costing $2.99 at -25%

This is a nice action-adventure game with "stationary defensive action and customizable random exploration. Triversal now costing $3.59 at 70%

"Triversal is a satisfying puzzle game that offers the perfect balance of chill and challenge. Use spatial logic to suspend a light orb over a black hole by connecting it to stretchy tethers." If you are a streamer, the title has the streamer mode option so that your audience can assist you while playing.

Please, Touch The Artwork now costing $3.99 at 60%

It is common to be asked not to touch the artworks at art museums, this time is the opposite. "Please, Touch The Artwork is a cozy puzzler with a story that takes you on a colorful journey while discovering the secret stories behind some of the worlds most famous paintings. It answers the question: What if you DID touch the artwork?"





Demon Turf: Neon Splash now costing $4.24 at -15%

Demon Turf: Neon Splash has a nice mix of 2D and 3D art that makes it more unique. Regarding its story, "Beebz and her friends were sucked into the neon-splattered world of a painting and need to get the heck outta there! Can you escape these dangerous & surrealist environments, using your platforming skills, to get back home?"





Meet me at NooN now costing $5.99 at 40%

Game developers Pandaroo Interactive describe Meet me at NooN as "a cozy puzzle game with brain-scratching time-loop mechanics. Control two spirits that create time loops each day, learn their different behaviors, how they can interact with each other and how these interactions are interfering whit their time loops."





Cloudpunk now costing $6.99 at -65%

This title brings a fresh new game style of "a neon-noir story in a rain-drenched cyberpunk metropolis. It’s your first night on the job working for the Cloudpunk delivery service. Two rules: Don’t miss a delivery and don’t ask what’s in the package.





Valfaris now costing $7.49 at -70%

Released in 2019 and still brings new fans every year. "Valfaris is a heavy metal-infused 2D action-platformer and the next game from the team behind Unity Awards finalist, Slain: Back From Hell. Brutal combat. Deadly enemies. Stunning pixel art. Savage soundtrack. Get ready to rip the galaxy a new wormhole."





Prime of Flames now costing $8.99 at -10%

"Prime of Flames is a special strategy game that combines Wargame and Roguelike. You will lead the warriors of different clans to find the truth of history. Each clan has its own unique playstyle and so does each class." This title has an amazing art style with a fun roguelike turn-based RPG experience. The community has received it with much appreciation.





Behind the Frame: The Finest Scenery now costing $9.09 at -30%

Tale of Paper: Refolded now costing $12.99 at -35%
