One of Konami's most ambitious projects is the remake of Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater, which is currently in development. Fans haven't been able to see much of this title, and some fear that the execution may not be the best, but the words of the Snake actor could reassure them a little.

Metal Gear Solid Delta: Snake Eater still doesn't have a release date, but it's expected to arrive sometime in 2024 with a multi-platform release. While the wait seems to be somewhat long, the legendary Snake actor has already had the chance to play it.

The remake of Metal Gear Solid 3 excited the Snake actor

David Hayter took to his Twitter (X) account to confess that Konami gave him permission to play Metal Gear Solid Delta: Snake Eater, and the best part is that he referred to it as "spectacular".

"Please don't tell anyone, but the other day I played the beginning of MGSDelta up to the bridge scene," expressed Hayter. "It was spectacular."

While it was only a small fraction of the adventure starring Big Boss, it's a good portion that could be indicative of the final game's quality.

This won't be the last time we hear David Hayter talk about Metal Gear Solid, as he has just partnered with Konami to produce a series of videos related to the stealth and espionage saga. The first episode is already available, and the actor promised that he will soon return to address Metal Gear Solid Delta: Snake Eater.
