Risen releases its port on PlayStation 4, Xbox One and Nintendo Switch consoles

This Tuesday, January 24, a 2009 title is coming back in a port for the more recent consoles, and we are talking about the old-fashioned RPG Risen. This title has been announced today as available on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch. Many people are already reliving the nostalgia all over again.

Risen's official Steam store page reads "delve into a gritty, raw, and atmospheric fantasy world in which every action has a consequence. In the epic world of Risen, filled with mysterious earthquakes, fearsome monsters, and unimaginable treasures, forge your path with the sword, learn the art of staff fighting or become a powerful mage."

Risen is an old-fashioned RPG title released on October 2, 2009, and developed by Piranha Bytes. It has been announced today, January 24, the port to more updated consoles so that old and new players get to assist Inquisitor Mendoza on his investigation of an island inhabited by numerous creatures named Faranga.

Risen is a title that many have mentioned to be a great RPG that they enjoyed at the time. It is even mentioned to be the best among the different sequels that were developed later. We can safely say that it is a classic that every fan of the RPG genre will enjoy and even have as a new favorite.
