By Alejandro Díaz de León onAnd showcases the adaptation of the mechanics to mobile

The Division Resurgence, the new entry in the Ubisoft saga designed specifically for Android and iOS devices, shows its playability through a gameplay trailer shared on their YouTube channel. In broad strokes, the video that you can see below, which has been captured from an alpha version of the title, shows The Division agents facing other enemies in the streets of New York, as well as a first in-depth look at weapon customization and combat.
James Berry, Community Developer of the title, affirms that in the trailer, they tried to recreate the gameplay of their older brothers as faithfully as possible and that both the story and the missions are completely new, so they haven't been recycled from previous deliveries. On the other hand, Berry comments that Resurgence takes place in a vast open world considering that it is a mobile game and that new classes have been included, each with its advantages and a skill tree.
An experience adapted to touch screens
The game interface has been completely adapted for smartphone screens and, in addition, the title includes numerous customization options so that players can adjust the controls according to their preferences. Naturally, certain mechanics that are present in previous installments such as the ability to hide behind cover or use skills are also included in the game.
It has also been confirmed that The Division Resurgence has quite a range of weapons and multiple attachments that can be combined in many different ways to suit each user's playstyle. You can register on the official website of the title if you are interested in participating in various upcoming tests.
