The Xbox Wireless Controller Mineral Camo, a special edition pad for PC, mobile, and green-crowned consoles, confirms hints from the previous few days about the arrival of a new Xbox Series X/S controller on Microsoft's official website.

The new addition to the Redmond-based company's family of accessories and peripherals echoes the distinctive camouflage pattern of the Xbox Night Ops Camo controllers, which debuted in 2019.

The new Mineral Camo controller's tones are inspired by the oceanic hues and muted colors of geode crystals, such as mineral blue, dark purple, and teal.

The new Mineral Camo controller design, in addition to the camouflage coloring pattern, includes specific features such as sculpted surfaces and a revamped grip to ensure greater comfort during intense gaming sessions. The hybrid D-pad and the Share button found on all Xbox Series X/S console family pads are also welcome additions.

The new Xbox Wireless Controller Mineral Camo Special Edition is available starting today, Sept. 27, 2022, at a suggested retail price of $69.99, with purchases available from the Microsoft Store or authorized retailers.
