How is this relevant after his gloomy economic situation? Was really him?

Samuel Bankman-Fried was spotted playing League of Legends, however before anything you may be wondering who is this guy. SBF is a young entrepreneur and former CEO of FTX a cryptocurrency exchange platform that recently went bankrupt.

Crypto magazines and crypto experts portrayed him as the possible successor of Warren Buffett and a promise for the future growth of cryptocurrencies, however, after the collapse of FTX no one knew for sure what was next for him or what he was doing.

So… playing games?

This last weekend a tweet make everybody go nuts after someone “caught" him playing League of Legends before filing for bankruptcy.

“Markets crashed and bros out here cranking 90s on twitch” reads one comment with footage of him playing Fortnite too. Of course, this made people mad, and at some point, some of them started noticing discrepancies in the “sambf”s LoL profile.

Suddenly they discovered that it was a doctored profile, and in reality, the screenshot shared on Twitter was actually the stats of C2 Meteos aka Tomio from Evil Geniuses Academy.

WHAT?

Again, you may be wondering how is this related. Well, this is not the first time SBF has been associated with LoL. A year ago the Financial Times reported that “Sam Bankman-Fried is not very good at League of Legends”. Apparently, the guy was reported to have a meeting with American venture capital firm Sequioa Capital in order to ask for some funding.

While talking about bitcoin and crypto, it was revealed that he was playing Riot’s League of Legends, the news portal reported he was terrible as after 1,000 matches he doesn’t even leave Bronze Tier II but he landed $200 million in funding. Many may be wondering, well, where is the money now? Excellent question, maybe he spent it all in RP? We know how tempting is to buy all your champion's skins.

To be fair, no one is sure what is next for SBF or at least not 100%, he has been updating constantly on Twitter but until these plans come to a reality there is nothing left to do.

Hopefully you didn't put money on this, otherwise... good luck.
