Sony is holding a free PlayStation Plus online multiplayer weekend!
By Frida Salazar onYeap, THIS weekend

Any plans for the weekend? We have been suggesting a bunch of in-store events for different platforms, so here is another idea! If you happen to own a PlayStation but don’t have a PlayStation Plus subscription, this weekend you will be able to try the online multiplayer for free.
From Saturday, December 10 until December 11 PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5 players can play every online multiplayer game and as we said above, completely free.

What I need to participate
Now, besides owning a PlayStation you will need a PSN account and an active internet connection. Clearly, you need to have access to the games you want to try so start downloading now so you don’t lose any time during the weekend.
In case you are not familiar with the PlayStation Plus perks, recently they confirmed that members will receive Mass Effect Legendary Edition, Biomutant, and Divine Knockout: Founder's Edition this month, so you can also consider paying for the service.
Did you know?: PlayStation Plus and Xbox Game Pass have fewer subscribers than Apple Arcade?!
